Quality Assurance (QA)

Validate the quality of applications before delivering to users.

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Develop test plans, test scopes, review test cases, identify quality risks, and communicate status to ensure that the product meets specified business requirements.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Prioritizing severity of issues based on target users and requirements to determine when we can stop testing to deliver products on time.
• Supporting System Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
• Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team
• Discuss and clarify issues and requirements with the project team

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
• Knowledge of software development process (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Good software system detection and testing skills
• Able to read and write test cases and test plans
• Able to prepare documents according to the QA process as well
• Experience in test automation tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in coding. Knowledge JIRA will be an advantage
• Experience in Mobile Application and Mobile Web development will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and can communicate with people of many different styles
